Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship within New Zealand. All orders are sent with tracked shipping through NZ Post.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Processing times for ready-made products is 2-3 business days.

Processing times for made-to-order products is 1-2 weeks.

Shipping times can range from 1-8 business days. Please note, rural delivery may take longer.

Please note, shipping times may vary during peak periods.

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is processed.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if there are any issues with the item(s) received. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.

Sliceandstitch is not responsible for any damage done to items after purchase. 

Please use product descriptions and customer reviews when choosing an item. There is specific information in the product descriptions regarding each product. 

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted and you will be refunded for your purchase if you issue your request within 24 hours of purchase.
